Job summary

Objective Personnel invites applications for an HR Administrator role based in Germiston. You will manage HR and payroll administration, handle CCMA matters, recruitment and training initiatives, and support the Group CEO as needed.

The position requires at least 5 years of HR administration experience, preferably in mining/heavy industry, and Sage Payroll experience. You will supervise Receptionist and Tea Lady and contribute to ad hoc HR projects.

Qualifications

• Matric and an HR diploma/certificate are required.
• 5+ years of HR administration experience preferred in mining/heavy industry.
