Today, we continue to provide progressive, innovative and evidence-based work in service delivery, advocacy and support.ABOUT THE TEAMThe People and Workplace Services (PAWS) team are responsible for delivering operational excellence to the employees and clients of NPY Women's Council (NPYWC).

PAWS are a business support team that includes Human Resources, Business Support, and Property and Vehicle Maintenance.

It also forms part of a wider Corporate Services division that includes Communications, Finance and Information Technology.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is a generalist role working across a number of HR portfolios.

It will take the lead in a wide range of HR administrative, advisory and systems support, as well as being involved in strategic HR projects and supporting the PAWS Manager.

The position will provide growth and the chance to work in a team that values creative thinking, flexibility and wellbeing.ABOUT YOUYou will have at least three years' experience in a HR role, with an understanding of community and / or government organisations.

You will have exposure to all aspects of the employee life cycle, particularly recruitment and employee onboarding, and ideally you will have some experience coordinating staff training and professional development.

You will also have experience working with or managing a HRIS .

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, such as in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.You will enjoy working with a diverse range of people and needs, and you will be flexible, personable and dedicated to providing excellent HR service to the business.We offer a range of benefits and you will join a diverse and inclusive organisation in an environment and landscape unique to Australia.
