Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
