Senior HR Manager
Job description
Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG industry, is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to take charge of their group's HR operations.
POSITION INFO :
Minimum Requirements :
- A degree in HR is essential(Honours is advantageous)
- At least 10 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead and direct the HR team.
- Experience in an FMCG environment would be an advantage but not essential.
- Familiarity with change management would be a distinct advantage.
Main Accountabilities(but not limited to)
- Direct the administration of compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations programs in the organization.
- Participate in the development of business plans in partnership with Senior Management.
- Ensure that appropriate and accurate information is processed for salaries.
- Counsel and coach managers, team leaders, and supervisors in the resolution of employee issues.
- Implement measures to attract and retain competent staff and source new staff via recruitment agencies or relevant job portals.
