Functional Definition:
To transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to collect insights that drive Human Resources strategic decision making in business and will be responsible for overseeing HR data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data. Provide analytical and system support with particular focus on HR management reporting and the budgeting process in a manner which upholds the reputation of the HR department. Promoting and supporting a harmonious and disciplined work environment, through teamwork within and between departments, to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures and current legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR Information Management and use of collated data to develop, implement and monitor Change Management initiatives.
- Develop, Build and Maintain Dashboards to customize and enhance reporting initiatives in Human Resources.
- Work with specific business partners to understand their business challenges and identify areas for analytics deployment.
- Updates & maintains HR Systems for reporting.
- Train HR staff on proper utilization of HR systems and conduct audits.
- Continually identify & evaluate opportunities for optimizing the current functionality of HR system as a first step in installing an integrated, user-friendly HRIS.
- Coordination and Implementation of automated workflows, Streamline HR processes.
- Conduct annual talent reviews to update succession plans.
- Utilize HR data to track promotions or internal transfers, providing insights into talent development and succession planning.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, finance or a related field. Advantageous, HR certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional), or HR Analytics certifications. 5-years post matric experience in Human Resources. 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or similar role. Budget preparation and administrative control. Strong Excel dashboard creation and data analysis skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
