Qualifications

• Develop briefs, space plans, and detailed design documentation for medical facilities.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and registration with SACAP.
• Minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in healthcare architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading design for complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs).
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare planning principles, infection control, and medical equipment integration.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building regulations and healthcare standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet demanding deadlines.
• Previous experience in the North West province, particularly around Rustenburg , is a significant advantage.
