We are seeking a Senior Health Care Worker for our small care home located in Westcliff.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience.

Duties to include:

1. Administration of medication, ordering medication, and carrying out medication reviews.
2. Monitor general health and vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure.
3. Communicate with multi-disciplinary teams.
4. Communicate with families about their relative's progress.
5. Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents.
6. Fill in medication reports.
7. Assist residents in dressing, washing, and using the bathroom.
8. Serve meals and assist with feeding when required.
9. Complete care notes.
