We are seeking a Senior Health Care Worker for our small care home located in Westcliff.

Requirements :

- Must have previous experience.

Duties to include :

• Administration of medication, ordering medication, and carrying out medication reviews.
• Monitor general health and vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure.
• Communicate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate with families about their relative's progress.
• Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents.
• Fill in medication reports.
• Assist residents in dressing, washing, and using the bathroom.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Complete care notes.

Location : Please note, must live within traveling distance of Westcliff.
