Job Description - Senior HCP Manager, RAMET (W)

General Summary: The Head of HCP (Health Care Professional) Marketing, RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey) leads the Professional Marketing capability development for the cluster, working closely with Global HCP Excellence Team, Brand Teams and local HCP activation teams to guide and grow the share of recommendation for our HCP-driven portfolio in RAMET.

You will have the opportunity to craft strategies that engage and educate HCPs, drive professional endorsement, support business objectives and better health for more people.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Focal point between Global HCP Excellence and local HCP activation teams across RAMET.
  2. Develops the Health Care Professional Marketing strategic roadmap for RAMET, in line with global strategy and in close collaboration with markets – drives prioritization, planning and tracking.
  3. Elevates and continuously develops relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders to partner on key initiatives, cascade their influence and drive brand penetration.
  4. Networks to provide thought leadership and accelerate strategic partnerships to craft the standard of care across the healthcare landscape.
  5. Exhibits and maintains an excellent understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and provides subject matter expertise across the end-to-end team.
  6. Recommends innovative ways of increasing HCP engagement leveraging CRM, digital and scalable solutions.
  7. Works closely with Global HCP Excellence team to access and deploy to RAMET local markets the new, world-class HCP Capabilities, learning plans and practices to grow HCP recommendation.
  8. Supports local teams with content and training.
  9. Partners with markets and other functions to trans-create global HCP content toolkits as necessary to meet cluster needs.
  10. Develops education agenda for HCPs, monitors and improves effectiveness of key activities.
  11. Stays abreast of industry trends and developments in HCP marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree is required; health sciences or business is preferred.
  2. Experience partnering with HCPs is required; field experience is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Health Care Professional Marketing, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. Strong networking, communication and influencing skills.
  2. Strong eye for business and experience shaping initiatives in white space.
  3. Strategic agility and ability to lead multiple projects of high complexity across teams.
  4. Ability to collaborate and lead within a multi-disciplined team structure.
  5. Experience working with Consumer Health brands.
