This position is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer seeking exposure to advanced power electronics, embedded hardware design, and the full product development lifecyclefrom concept to serial production.Key Responsibilities : Lead and contribute to the concept design of embedded and power electronic systemsSelect components suitable for harsh industrial and EMC-critical environmentsDevelop schematics and guide PCB layout, with a focus on power density and thermal optimizationDesign with EMC compliance in mindOversee prototyping, validation, and iterative testingPerform low-level firmware development and support software-hardware integrationCollaborate on production readiness, including DFM / DFT planning and cost optimizationSupport quality assurance, including hardware validation and root-cause analysisRequirements : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronic or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years industry experience in power electronics, embedded systems or related fieldsStrong understanding of switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, inverters and gate driver designHands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, and KiCAD)Familiarity with C / C++ for embedded microcontrollers (ARM, DSP, or similar)Experience in EMC troubleshooting and compliance designExcellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to continually learnStrong communication and collaboration abilities
