Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a senior legal professional to provide specialist drafting and strategic legal support to key business units. You will work on commercial contracts, cross-border agreements, and governance matters within the Group Legal function.

The role requires extensive post-qualification experience, strong English drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Law degree or LLB.
• Admitted Attorney of the Republic of South Africa.
• Membership of the Law Society of South Africa and Corporate Counsel Association of SA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized Aspen and BU-aligned drafting and legal advice to allocated BUs.
• Deliver legally sound work meeting deadlines and project timelines.
• Manage electronic case/files diary and templates; maintain records.
• Contribute to cross-functional Group Legal projects and develop precedents and templates.
• Ensure compliance with Aspen Group Legal processes and KPIs.
