Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design dynamic marketing campaigns.
- Create content for distribution across multiple platforms.
- Innovate with contemporary content creation and ideation.
- Manage projects and organize toolkits and files sharing of collateral.
- Liaise fluently with internal and external vendors, suppliers, and printers.
- Facilitate reproduction, printing, proofing, and quality control.
- Translate, generate, and execute briefs.
- Ensure all work aligns with core brand positioning and guidelines.
- Meet production deadlines.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior designers and interns.
- Take on responsibilities and show initiative in the absence of the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- At least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Diploma in Graphic Design.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing is essential.
- Animation skills are advantageous.
- Experience in photo shoot production is essential.
- A passion for streetwear and lifestyle culture is advantageous.

- Proficient in Apple Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong eye for communication design, layout, and balanced compositions.
- Able to interpret creative directions and critique.
- Highly creative with the ability to innovate and elevate work.
