Overview

Daily Maverick is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn complex stories into visuals that stop thumbs, spark conversations, and stick in people’s heads long after they’ve scrolled on.

This isn’t a “make it pretty” gig. It’s a “make it powerful” gig.

Responsibilities

• Design for stories that shake power, not fluff.
• Work with journalists who believe truth matters (and need your visuals to amplify it).
• Be part of a newsroom that thrives on bold ideas, wild collaboration, and zero tolerance for mediocrity.
