Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee international tax compliance, IFRS/UK GAAP reporting, tax provisioning, and transfer pricing governance across group jurisdictions. You will collaborate with external advisors and the Director of Compliance and Reporting to align with the group’s tax risk framework.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PQE in corporate tax, with strong analytical and communication skills to work across finance, legal and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional designation.
• Minimum 5 years PQE in corporate tax management.
• Strong understanding of corporate income taxes, IFRS tax provisioning and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• International Tax Compliance: manage group international tax obligations with external advisors.
• IFRS / UK GAAP Reporting: oversee tax reporting and provisions for group statements.
• Tax Cash Flow & VAT: forecast tax cash flow and VAT computations across jurisdictions.
• Transfer Pricing & Governance: assist in local TP documentation and maintain risk framework.
