About the Role

This role focuses on the critical aspects of foundation design for a wide range of construction projects, ensuring structural stability and safety. You will lead geotechnical investigations, analyze subsurface conditions, and provide expert recommendations to clients and project teams. You'll be instrumental in supporting significant development projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, including site characterization and soil/rock mechanics analysis.


• Develop detailed foundation designs, including shallow and deep foundations, for various structures.


• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports and provide expert technical consultation.


• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and clients to integrate geotechnical findings into project designs.


• Review construction methods and provide guidance on geotechnical aspects during the building phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong emphasis on foundation design.


• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.


• Expertise in geotechnical software (e.g., Plaxis, GeoStudio) and site investigation techniques.
