KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Engage, mentor and care for boarding students.
• Establish an environment that is nurturing and promotes comfort.
• Behave in a professional manner regarding punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work at all times.
• Evaluate, reflect on, and refine best mentor practice.
• Be open to continuously develop through personal and school-wide professional development.
• Respond to e-mails and telephone messages from parents within 24 hours.
• Show loyalty to all facets of Reddford House.
• Attend all special occasions at the discretion of the relevant Head.
• The post holder is required to undertake any other reasonable tasks that the School Head/line manager determines.

• A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience with students in a secondary school and post-16.
• Confidence with use of ICT in teaching.
• Previous experience with IEB Programmes.
• Previous experience in a high-performing international school.
• University degree in appropriate subject.
