Responsibilities

• Design and document core gameplay mechanics, rules, and systems for new game titles.
• Create detailed design specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts for game features.
• Collaborate with level designers, UI/UX designers, and programmers for cohesive implementation.
• Iterate on game mechanics based on playtesting feedback and analytics.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive design culture.
