Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior FET Mathematics teacher to join a trusted secondary school in Paarl, Western Cape. You will teach Grades 10-12, develop engaging lessons, assess student progress, and mentor learners to achieve academic excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Mathematics degree with a PGCE and SACE registration, and brings 5+ years of FET teaching experience, strong communication, and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field with PGCE or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of proven Mathematics teaching experience at FET Phase (Grades 10-12).

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, coupled with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
• Registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience teaching Mathematics at the FET Phase level.
• In-depth knowledge of the South African National Curriculum and assessment requirements for Grades 10-12 Mathematics.
