Placements24 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its remote-first tech team. You will shape the core platform across front-end and back-end, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers.

The role emphasizes building scalable web applications, RESTful services, and cloud deployments. Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks and back-end languages is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in remote, collaborative teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing; Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
