Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain APIs and database schemas.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby/Rails).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a must.
