Job summary

DeARX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade digital banking solutions in a Sandton-based bank setting. You’ll work in agile teams across the full tech stack, building secure, scalable cloud-ready applications and reusable services.

You will mentor juniors, lead code reviews, and drive DevSecOps practices while collaborating with architects, product managers, and DevOps to continuously improve engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Banking or financial services experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, You Will

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications.

• Design and optimise SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
