Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build high-performance web apps from Centurion. You will work across frontend and backend, collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, strong React/Angular/Vue.js skills, plus Node.js or Python/Java/.NET, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and containerization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong front-end skills with React, Angular, or Vue.js and back-end with Node.js or Python/Java/.NET.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and cloud/containerization stacks.

Our client, a dynamic and innovative software development house based in Centurion , is looking for a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their growing team. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies, coupled with a passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using a variety of modern technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack, from user interface to database.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Implement and manage database schemas and queries (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application stack.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the application through automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, C#/.NET).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly advantageous.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
