Job summary

ATS Client is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance platforms in a real-time transactional environment. You will develop backend services with Node.js and TypeScript in a microservices setup, contribute to Angular front-end work, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend with Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience in microservices and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Exposure to Angular or similar frontend.
• Cloud platform experience advantageous.
• CI/CD experience (GitLab preferred).
• Strong testing practices across the development lifecycle.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments (advantageous).
• Exposure to crypto, digital assets, or stablecoin environments (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale high-performance platforms in a real-time, transaction-heavy environment.
• Develop backend services using Node.js and TypeScript within a microservices architecture.
• Contribute to front-end development using Angular.
• Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Implement automated testing across all levels.
