Placements24 is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to join a rapidly growing software solutions provider in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will own the full development lifecycle, building robust web applications with JavaScript and Node.js, and collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver high‑quality software.

You will mentor junior developers, influence architectural decisions, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development.
• Strong JavaScript/Node.js and experience with React/Angular/Vue.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Implement and optimize database solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
