The ideal candidate has 5+ years of frontend experience with React, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and expertise with modern tooling and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/web
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong React focus
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3; knowledge of preprocessors (Sass/LESS)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux/Zustand) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design; familiarity with testing (Jest/RTL) and Git

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

• Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior frontend developers, and contribute to establishing frontend best practices.

Requirements
