You will lead the charge in frontend architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested frontend code, participating actively in code reviews.
• Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to establishing frontend coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development , with at least 3 years focused on React .
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
