Job Description

Very busy modern restaurant in Rosebank, Johannesburg, is looking for a senior front of house manager. The ideal candidate must have:

  1. At least 6 years of experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation.
  3. Excellent customer relations skills and well-spoken communication.
  4. A proven work history with contactable references.
  5. Experience with restaurant opening & closing procedures.
  6. Responsibilities include staff management, stock control, and handling customer complaints.
  7. Ability to lead a front of house team and work effectively under pressure.
  8. Ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic personality.

The salary range is R20,000 – R25,000 CTC per month. Please quote reference RA104 when applying.
