Join our premier restaurant as a Senior Front House Floor Manager, where you'll be integral in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.

Ensure adherence to service standards and fine dining etiquette while enhancing guest experiences.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow with strong organizational skills.

Handle guest complaints professionally, maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal relations.

Coordinate special events and private dining experiences with attention to detail and planning skills.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue tracking, while controlling expenses.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in front-of-house operations.

Minimum Requirements :
