Job summary

SecuritEase International Limited in Cape Town is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Front-End development. This role requires expertise in React and TypeScript to create dynamic user interfaces for a fintech platform.

The ideal candidate will build a micro front-end architecture, work with UX teams, and write robust, test-driven code. While the position is remote, only candidates who can legally work in South Africa will be considered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and building design systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with BDD testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve our micro front-end architecture using React, TypeScript, and Webpack Module Federation.
• Collaborate with the UX team to implement and expand our design system using Chakra UI.
• Write robust, test‑driven front-end code with unit and e2e tests.
• Work closely with back-end developers for API integrations.
