Job summary

SOLEVO, a leading chemical distributor in Africa, seeks a Senior FP&A Lead to drive strategic insights, budgeting and forecasting, and high-quality analysis to guide commercial decisions.

The role partners with executives to evaluate performance, develop financial models, assess project feasibility and ensure timely reporting to strengthen financial processes and support data-driven choices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and professional qualification (CA(SA)/CIMA/MBA).
• 8+ years in FP&A or finance, 3-5 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong modelling, planning, and analysis capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership of high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop financial models; evaluate project feasibility and commercial impact.
• Provide ad-hoc financial and commercial analyses to guide decisions.
• Consolidate opex/capex budgets for Group Finance review.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize ERP and finance systems.
