Based in Jakarta with high mobility to Regions and Operational Areas.

The role requires a Forestry-related degree with 10+ years in forestry, and 5+ years in senior/lead roles, plus fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) in Forestry or related fields.
• 10+ years of professional Forestry experience.
• 5+ years in senior/lead technical roles or management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop Fire Management capabilities across IFM.
• Lead research, benchmarking and innovation for technology solutions.
• Develop and evaluate fire monitoring, detection and response tech.
• Utilize analytics for risk assessment, early warning and decisions.
• Advance aerial and specialized firefighting technology strategies.
• Strengthen capabilities through standards, methods and knowledge sharing.
