You will influence technology decisions, ensure top performance, and explore secure, scalable solutions in a PropTech-focused environment. This role is based in Cape Town with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years working with Flutter.
• Minimum 6+ years total software development experience.
• Experience with Swift, Android and Kotlin.
• Experience deploying to Play Store and App Store.
• Experience supporting mobile applications.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS apps.
• Interest or experience in PropTech.
• Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations and working with APIs.
• Knowledge of Android or Kotlin and Swift.
• Design tools like Figma.
• Proficiency in PHP, Java, or C# or similar OO languages.

Responsibilities

• Join core development team focusing on mobile side.
• Define and solve challenges related to mobile apps and build new features.
• Improve performance, syncing processes, and user experience.
• Collaborate with support, sales, and management teams.
• Guide, coach, and mentor junior developers as the team grows.
• Ensure features are completed on time and follow best practices.
• Think strategically about technology choices and priorities.
• Drive innovative ideas to make apps faster, more secure and user-friendly.
