Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness instruction, personal training, or program development.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, safe, and effective fitness programs for various populations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a wide array of fitness programs, including group classes, personal training modules, and specialized workshops.
• Stay current with fitness industry trends, research, and best practices to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
• Create detailed program outlines, including exercise protocols, progression strategies, and safety guidelines.
