Job summary

Specifire in Durban, South Africa, is seeking a senior, hands-on professional to lead and grow our fire detection service offering. The role demands strong technical knowledge, confident client-facing skills and the ability to guide projects from plan to installation.

You will bring a minimum of 10 years in the fire detection industry, SAQCC certification as Installer/Commissioner, deep knowledge of SANS codes, and experience across detection, suppression, voice evacuation and refuge telephone

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the fire detection industry.
SAQCC certification in Fire Detection and Gas Suppression as an Installer/Commissioner.
Extensive knowledge of the relevant SANS codes.
Experience across detection, suppression, voice evacuation and refuge telephone systems.
The ability to read plans, assess sites and communicate confidently with clients, consultants and suppliers.
A strong sales orientation and willingness to travel when required.
