Hire Resolve partners with a well-established South African FinTech to recruit a seasoned Senior Product Owner with a strong background in financial services and consumer products. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, define product vision, and drive end-to-end product development in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in product ownership, a solid B2C background, and proven leadership with stakeholder management experience.

• 5–10+ years in product ownership, ideally in FinTech.
• Strong B2C/consumer product background.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and user needs.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in financial services.
• Gather and interpret user feedback and data to guide feature development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, engineering, design, and marketing to define and prioritise features.
• Own the product backlog – write and prioritise user stories with clarity.
