Description

The Senior Financial Wellness Consultant's main responsibilities include assisting corporate employees in improving their overall financial wellbeing. Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A Level 7 qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Marketing
• An NQF Level 4 qualification with 5 years of experience and high performance in loan sales at Bayport
• Strong people engagement skills
• Financial literacy knowledge – understanding of personal finance, debt, and savings
• Ability to explain basic financial concepts clearly
• Passion for assisting people in financial distress
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in one or two African languages is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license - Code B

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience liaising with external service providers and third-party management
• Knowledge or experience in debt rehabilitation and debt counseling
• Skills in debt evaluation and distress detection

• Debt counseling, debt administration, legal processes
