Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
Professional risk management certification (FRM/PRM) desirable.
8+ years of progressive experience in financial risk management in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee financial risk management frameworks, policies and procedures.
Assess credit, market, liquidity and operational risks across the organization.
Develop risk models and metrics to quantify potential exposures.
Monitor market conditions and regulatory compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts and specialists.
Prepare risk reports for senior management and the board.
