An established industry player is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead financial governance and manage shared services functions. This role is pivotal in driving financial reporting, optimizing working capital, and ensuring robust internal controls. Purpose of Role: Leading financial governance by managing the enabling functions and delivering on the position outputs of the Senior Financial Manager: Shared Services.
This includes financial reporting, working capital optimisation, internal control implementation, and monitoring.
Manage the finance function at a Shared Services level (full general ledger, accounts payable, intercompany), and drive successful completion of internal & external audit processes.
Advise on financial and commercial aspects relevant to operational matters.
Serve as a business partner to all regional FM's and operational teams.
Minimum required qualification: Bachelor of Commerce Degree or relevant tertiary qualification; CA (SA) or extensive experience as a financial manager in various regions and countries.
Minimum required experience: At least 8 years post-articles experience, with a minimum of 3 years in senior management.
