Senior Financial Manager

• Minimum 15 years experience in financial management
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA (SA), CIMA, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience in consulting engineering is highly advantageous
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and corporate governance frameworks (e.g., King)
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Proman, SAGE Payroll, SAP Ariba, and Coupa
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team of 15
• Oversee all day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial insights and strategic support to the executive team
• Maintain strong internal controls and seek continuous process improvement
• Manage and approve payroll, support audits, and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and oversee cost control measures and performance-boosting strategies
