Job Overview

• The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial practices, and enabling business growth. This role encompasses oversight of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to enhance strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management
• Experience in managing working capital, liquidity, and cash flow optimization
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance improvement
• Deep understanding of tax regulations, corporate governance, and compliance

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Finnivo / Roll-Up Sheets is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Oversee daily operations of the finance team, enhance process efficiency, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow. Ensure compliance with audits, risk management protocols, corporate insurance, and governance standards.
• Supervise payroll processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and liaise with payroll service providers.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic goals.
• Prepare documentation and reports for Board, Audit & Risk, and Investment Committee meetings.
