The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial practices, and enabling business growth. This role encompasses oversight of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to enhance strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management
Experience in managing working capital, liquidity, and cash flow optimization
Strong foundation in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance improvement
Deep understanding of tax regulations, corporate governance, and compliance
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SAP
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Finnivo / Roll-Up Sheets is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
Oversee daily operations of the finance team, enhance process efficiency, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow. Ensure compliance with audits, risk management protocols, corporate insurance, and governance standards.
Supervise payroll processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and liaise with payroll service providers.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic goals.
Prepare documentation and reports for Board, Audit & Risk, and Investment Committee meetings.
