You will partner with the General Manager, drive financial strategies, ensure internal controls, and deliver high-quality decision support across MDx commercial functions. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in finance or accounting is required.
• CA(SA) or CIMA preferred.
• 8–10 years in a similar FP&A/finance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet all financial reporting requirements within agreed timelines.
• Develop financial plans and forecasts (annual plans, LBE's).
• Provide financial counsel to management to influence decisions.
• Ensure integrity of IFRS, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team and manage stakeholder relationships.
