Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Nelspruit seeks a Financial Accountant / Office Manager to join their team. The role covers financial accounting, tax compliance, and daily office management in a bilingual Afrikaans-English environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in finance or accounting, have SAIPA articles or be underway, and bring 6 years of related experience with SARS eFiling and CaseWare proficiency. Transport is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles will be highly beneficial.
• 6 years' relevant experience in a financial accounting, accounting or auditing environment.
• Strong practical experience in tax and SARS requirements, including proficiency in SARS eFiling and the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory submissions.
• Experience with accounting principles, reconciliations, general ledger, journals and financial reporting.
• Previous experience in office management or administration, with the ability to oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CaseWare.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
• Reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory submissions.
• Maintain reconciliations, general ledger and financial reporting.
• Support finance team with month-end activities.
