We’re looking for an energetic, detail-driven CA(SA) to join a high-growth, fast-paced organisation operating across multiple countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad multinational exposure while making a tangible impact on financial reporting, compliance, and business performance.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting for various entities, supporting tax compliance, and driving process improvements across the finance function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and review bank reconciliations prepared by bookkeepers
  • Ensure general ledger transactions are valid, accurate, and complete for assigned entities
  • Prepare monthly financial packs and balance sheet reconciliations for review
  • Process accurate journals and reconcile with third-party pay-in/pay-out partners
  • Assist with timely and accurate VAT and corporate tax submissions in collaboration with the tax team
  • Support year-end audits, including drafting statutory financial statements
  • Prepare other statutory and regulatory returns as required
  • Participate in finance improvement initiatives, system implementations, and market expansion projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve commercial issues

What We’re Looking For

  • CA(SA) qualification (essential)
  • 0–2 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a financial services or highly regulated industry
  • Exposure to multinational group structures (preferably across Africa and/or the UK)
  • ERP system experience (Netsuite advantageous)
  • Strong VAT and corporate tax knowledge
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability

You’ll Thrive If You Are:

  • A proactive, hands-on self-starter with a “get it done” attitude
  • Commercially minded and able to link your work to value creation and profitability
  • Passionate about working in a multicultural, fast-moving environment
  • Always seeking efficiencies and process improvements
  • Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines

If you’re a motivated CA(SA) ready to combine technical expertise with strategic business impact, this role offers you the platform to grow in a truly international setting.
