Robert Half is collaborating with a facility management enterprise situated in Canary Wharf to recruit for a proficient Senior Financial Accountant for a 6-month fixed term engagement. This role offers great benefits, hybrid working, and a salary up to £70,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Operate within a structured internal financial controls framework.
2. Conduct assessments of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring adherence to reconciliation mandates.
3. Foster precision in financial reporting by actively executing all reviewer suggestions.
4. Oversee external audits, Group, and internal audits, alongside Financial Controls & Assurance reviews.
5. Ensure a precise and seamless Month-End Close process for designated accounts.
6. Execute Month-End Close activities accurately and punctually.
7. Investigate discrepancies from forecasts.
8. Generate a weekly report on open purchase orders.
9. Assist Key Account Managers/Directors during Business Reviews and support Finance Business Partners in customer reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified finance professional or finalist.
2. Previous experience in financial accounting.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in deadline management.
4. Proficient communication abilities within the team and broader organization.
