Bonafide Motor Dealer in Rustenburg is seeking a Financial Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ dealership experience. The role requires residing in the area or willingness to relocate, with a market-related salary plus incentive package.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, cash flow, debt collection, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with OEM and company policies. Strong Excel and DMS knowledge are essential for daily reporting and year-end processes.

Competenze

• Must have minimum 3 years' experience at dealership level.
• Must reside in the area or willing to relocate.
• Salary Market related, PLUS INCENTIVE.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Institute and control effective cash flow methods daily; prepare cash flow analysis.
• Manage cash transfers to maximise interest earned.
• Manage the collections process for outstanding money.
• Ensure monthly reconciliations and balance sheet accuracy.
• Maintain asset registers and depreciation on DMS.
• Post year-end journals and prepare year-end financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and present year-end packs.
• Prepare budgets in conjunction with line managers and submit quarterly.
• Monitor statutory returns, including VAT and FIC requirements.
• Oversee salary processing liaison with HR and payroll.
