Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Reporting: Develop accurate, compliant financial reports aligned with business goals.
2. Financial Leadership: Oversee finance operations, manage working capital, and ensure sound governance and audit readiness.
3. Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax submissions, and third-party payroll relationships.
4. Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
5. Board Support: Prepare reports and presentations for board, audit, risk, and investment committee meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA(SA) with 7+ years in a senior financial management role.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
• Solid experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and performance improvement.
• Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance.

Systems Exposure: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Finnivo.
