• Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Reporting : Develop accurate, compliant financial reports aligned to business goals. Financial Leadership : Oversee finance operations, manage working capital, and ensure sound governance and audit readiness. Payroll Oversight : Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax submissions, and third-party payroll relationships. Forecasting & Budgeting : Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives. Board Support : Prepare reports and packs for board, audit, risk, and investment committee meetings. ?? Qualifications & Experience CA(SA) with 7 years in a senior financial management role. Proven expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
