Halls Financial Services is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function and report to the Chief Financial Officer in Johannesburg. You will partner with business leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting, strengthen financial controls, manage risk, and support strategic objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience (including post-articles experience).
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing accountants.
• Experience in financial services or insurance advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.
• Working experience with Sage, IDU, Quick consol advantageous.
