Qualifications

• FMCG / Manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Experience guiding and inspiring finance teams.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations with the CFO and finance team.
• Manage all aspects of tax compliance and submissions.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare for external audits and maintain financial documentation.
• Lead financial system management and handle strategic projects.
• Administer cash flow planning for liquidity.
• Monitor and report on departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and best practices.
• Conduct banking and credit card account reconciliations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through expense analysis.
• Support risk and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to capital planning and asset management.
