Job summary

Psybergate (Pty) LTD is seeking a senior technologist to own the lifecycle of Finance integrations—from design to deployment and support. You will provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), guiding API, file-based, and batch integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years' relevant technology experience, with strong enterprise integration experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in a Technical Lead, Solution Lead or Senior Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs, messaging and/or file-based integration patterns.
• Strong experience in a Microsoft development stack, preferably .NET/C#, with SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or comparable SaaS/ERP integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and lifecycle of Finance integrations from design through deployment and support.
• Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud integration patterns.
• Lead and manage the Finance integration development team, including work allocation and coaching.
• Define and maintain integration standards covering error handling, logging, observability and security.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across Finance and downstream systems.
• Drive delivery across multiple technology teams, managing dependencies and risks.
